Simple living. Homemade food. Real self-care. Real life.
Hi, I'm Kynda — and I'm really glad you're here.
I live on a small piece of rural Southern Illinois with three dogs, two cats, and twelve chickens. Life here is simple, a little messy, and honestly? It's exactly what I didn't know I was looking for.
I'm not a chef, a beauty expert, or a farming pro. I'm just a woman who cares deeply about what goes into her food, onto her skin, and into her days — and I love sharing all of it with people who feel the same way.
🍞 From the Kitchen
The kitchen has always been my happy place. I bake from scratch, cook practical meals (including low-carb options that actually taste good), and believe that homemade food is one of the simplest ways to take care of yourself and the people you love. No perfection here — just real food made with intention.
🌿 From the Farm
Farm life isn't glamorous, but it fills something up in me that nothing else does. Garden rows, chickens underfoot, learning as I go — this life has taught me to slow down and pay attention.
And it's in the slowing down that faith shows up most clearly for me.
This is where I share the everyday moments, the hard ones and the beautiful ones, the lessons the farm keeps teaching me, and the encouragement I hope finds you right where you are. Not a perfect faith — an honest one. Showing up as you are is always enough here.
✨ Self-Care Favorites
Long before the farm, I went deep down the rabbit hole of clean beauty — and I never came back. What I put on my body matters just as much to me as what I put in it. I share only the products I genuinely use and love, the ones that have earned a permanent spot in my routine. No fluff, no filler — just honest favorites.
You're in the right place if... You care about real food, clean ingredients, slowing down, and living with a little more intention — without making it complicated.
Poke around, stay a while, and if something resonates, come join the VIP Circle. That's where I share the good stuff first.
You're always welcome here. 💛
